I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. Yesterday I ordered 4 gobhi chilli parathas for pickup. When I got home, I found they were mostly uncooked and they had added onions even though I specifically asked for only gobhi and chilli. When I called to explain, the lady on the phone responded rudely and said I should have told them I didn’t want onions — even though I did specify my order clearly. She eventually agreed to remake them for the next day. Today I went back and even showed her photos of the uncooked parathas from yesterday. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge the issue and just handed me the new order. Unfortunately, when I got home again, the parathas were still mostly uncooked and tasteless. It honestly felt like a waste of money. It’s especially disappointing because the cook they had earlier used to make really good food. Sadly, the quality and service have gone downhill.
Ordered Masala Dosa... brings it out in approximately 1 minute... half uncooked on one side... images attached... plate served with a big smile on face as well... Never going back
Delicious food. Bhatura and Samosa are amazing! I was very pleasantly surprised by their chili spring dosa. Chili Bajji is good but at times spicy.
